Next to oil, coffee is the most traded commodity in the world. Additionally, coffee is the largest cash crop of all crops, bar none. What if we could document how sometimes coffee can be used to educate young people, raise hope out of despair, repair communities, and bring people to a deeper and more meaningful understanding of how much they are really worth? What if we could change the story? What if this coffee story was really about the huge differences we can make when we engage in the matters that are closest to God’s heart — love, compassion, justice, righteousness, mercy, and the well-being of humanity?
This is a film about how small stories can change the world. This is s a story about listening and following; obedience and leading; trust and hope; and the life-changing differences we can make when we engage in the stories that are being written all around us.
